Shine Rosé sparkling wine is a true display of freshness and elegance. In the glass, it debuts with a light pink translucent color.
Budureasca Shine Rosé was produced using the tank fermentation method (Charmat). Unlike the Traditional Method – used for the premium sparkling wines Prima Stilla and Classic Blanc Noir – in the case of the Charmat Method, the process is faster, less complex and with a much simplified process. Thus, the wines from the Shine collection are aimed at those who want a fruity and easy-to-drink sparkling wine, without being interested in the complexity and refinement of a luxury product.
In the winemaking process, the still wine base obtained after the first fermentation is mixed together with the selected yeasts in a pressurized stainless steel tank – so that the carbon dioxide accumulated during the second fermentation is integrated into the wine. At the end of fermentation, the wine is filtered, the dosage is added (up to the desired sugar level) and it is bottled at a pressure of 3 bars.
Fruity, fresh and refreshing aromas gradually develop around primary notes of raspberry, with a taste of juicy cherries and a consistent and even perlage.
It is recommended to serve the wine as it is or with seafood snacks, light pasta in white sauce, creamy risotto with vegetables or smoked fish appetizers.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 5 – 7°C. Before consumption, store in a dark and cool place, away from sunlight.
