This wine is a very good blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes grown in our vineyards in Dealu Mare. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (50%) were vinified separately from Shiraz (50%). In order to achieve more consistent wines, the grapes were picked during a late harvest. The grapes were then selected and sorted to obtain the required quality in the final wine. 40% of both wines were aged in American and Romanian oak barrels for 12 months. This wine has good bottle-ageing potential.
Tasting Notes
The wine displays an interesting dark ruby red color, revealing a complex fragrance with notes of blackberries and spices, with fine oak accents. A wine with a pleasant taste of black forest berries, with well-integrated tannins and a long and silky finish.

Enjoy this wine with a variety of dishes based on duck, beef or mutton or alongside matured cheeses.

This wine is best served at a temperature of 15-17°C.
