Vine In Flames
The Vine in Flames collection is exclusively for export. The wines in this range are dry, partially matured in barrels to obtain complexity and structure and are aged in bottles for at least 4 months before being put on the market.
Legend has it that the popularity of Dacia wines grew so much that Burebista, the leader of the Dacians, feared attacks on his territories. To prevent this, he burned the vineyards so that no invaders could take advantage of them.
Centuries later, we have revived the winemaking tradition and given new life to unique vine varieties and wines in the same place where the Dacian leader decided, 2000 years ago, to burn the vineyard so as not to attract invaders.
