Bishop

The Bishop is a classic wine cocktail combining the depth of dry red wine with the warm character of dark rum and a fresh touch of lime. Rich, balanced and remarkably easy to prepare.

YOU’LL NEED

• Dark rum — 90 ml
• Dry red wine — 30 ml
• Simple syrup — 1 teaspoon
• Fresh juice of ½ lime

HOW TO MAKE IT

Add all the ingredients to a shaker half-filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled wine glass.

Garnish with a thin slice of lime and serve immediately.
