The winemaker decided to produce Tămâioasă Românească as a dry wine because this grape variety has a great intensity of flavors that do not need to be supported by residual sugars.
Thousands of years ago, Greek colonists brought the Tămâioasă Românească grape variety in the Roman territories known today as Romania. The wines made from these grapes usually have intense specific floral aromas, often with a sweeter vibe.
This wine reveals a beautiful greenish-yellow color with golden undertones. The aromas remind us of elderflowers, with intense notes of tropical fruit. With a well-balanced and elegant structure, the wine reveals a pleasant taste of gooseberries, complemented by fresh and clean acidity.
