A light straw-yellow, savory wine with a complex aromatic profile of elderflower, cantaloupe and ripe apricots.
Tămâioasa Românească is selected from vine plantations over 60 years old, which gives this wine unique characteristics. The grapes are picked at the end of September, beginning of October, when they have accumulated a high amount of sugar. Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the freshness and intensity of the aromas.
The taste is fruity, sweet and creamy, reminiscent of fresh tropical fruits. The acidity of the remaining sugars gives the wine a refreshing acidity, enriching the tasting experience.
We recommend serving the wine as it is or in the company of your favorite fruit or vanilla desserts.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 10 – 12°C. Before consumption, store in a dark and cool place, away from sunlight.
