Noble
The Noble range can be considered from many points of view the soul child of the Budureasca oenologist, Stephen Donnelly. It’s been almost ten years since Stephen created the Noble Five assemblage – born after a long search, from the desire to find the perfect harmony between five noble varieties of black grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Fetească Neagra. The wine enjoyed such great success domestically and internationally that Noble Five has since acquired a sister – Noble White, an equally special wine born from the marriage of three noble white grape varieties. The secret recipe of these wines is known and perfected only by Stephen, but suffice it to say that the two wines bear his signature as a master oenologist.
