Being recommended as an appetizer drink, Prince Mircea Cuvée D’Excellence makes its debut with fine flavors, generated by citrus and elderflower.

It astonishes the olfactory sense with a pleasant minerality which dissolves in the grapefruit and thyme perfume.

Obtained from the Italian Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties, Prince Mircea Cuvée D’Excellence reveals a straw-yellow color with a green reflection.

Its dry taste, strong at first, slightly acidic, with a fine finish and a prolonged aftertaste, subtly completes a menu comprised of seafood, fish dishes, white meat and light cheeses.

This wine is recommended to be consumed while still young with a slight ageing (2-3 years), at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

Prince Mircea Cuvée D’Excellence is the wine that successfully initiates hors d’oeuvre, as well as pleasant conversations.
