Medals: 87 Points – Wine Enthusiast 2021 (vintage 2020)
The grapes were harvested manually from our vineyards and left to sit in contact with the skins for 48 hours. Then they were pressed gently, to extract the primary aromas. The cold fermentation process gave the wine extra fruity flavors.
Pale rose color, typical for this grape variety. The wine welcomes the taster with notes of rose petals and cherry flowers. The taste reveals aromas of strawberry and pomegranate, with a citric touch giving the wine its re-vigorating freshness. The finish is long and fruity.
It can be served as an aperitif or associated with seafood, pasta, or various cheeses.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 7-9°C.
