This wine is made from organic grapes Merlot, harvested by hand and fermented at 16 ° C for 3 days, to get exactly the color you want. Ferment is continuous for 8 days at 25 ° C, giving rise to a fruity wine with tannin finish.
A dark red wine with herbal aromas and mint notes. Light, fruity, with well-integrated tannins, this wine surprises by the taste of ripe berries and by the end elegant.

This wine is best served at a temperature of 18-20° C.
