Medals: Silver – International Wine Awards 2021 (vintage 2019 & 2020)
Vinification details:
This special wine was obtained from ecological grapes from Chardonnay. The grapes and vine leaves have been treated only with the best organic products. Others chemicals are not allowed. An importance special attention has been paid to the monitoring of techniques used to create wine. In the case of this wine, the grapes were picked manually, then gently pressed to get the best juices. Fermentation took place at a temperature of around 14 ° C for 3 to 5 weeks.
Tasting notes:
Yellow with golden undertones and shiny accents. The nose contains interesting notes of ripe melon and peaches juicy, and the taste has elements of tropical fruits, giving the wine a long and refined finish.

Pair this wine with baked chicken thighs, steaks grilled fish, or shrimp in butter sauce.
Serving:
This wine is best served at a temperature of 10-12° C.
